This weekend I made burnt pumpkin seeds. They’re a tasty snack for in between. I think its something new and perfect for the autumn. Queck it out!
Burnt Pumpkin Seeds
- 1dl water
- 1tbs vanilla sugar
- 250 gr. pumpkin seeds
- 250 gr. sugar
- Put he water, sugar and vanilla sugar into a pan and bring to boil.
- Add the pumpkin seeds and stir by middle heat until the sugar cover the seeds.
- Stir until the pumkin seeds are coated with a shiny layer of sugar.
- Let them cool on a baking parchment.
